We’re proud to share the successful delivery of a full refurbishment of the men’s toilet facilities at MMID Manchester, designed to support the continued growth of the business and increased staffing levels.

Key highlights of the project:

Structural Reconfiguration – We removed a concrete block partition wall after confirming it was non-load bearing, opening up the space to allow for improved functionality.

Increased Capacity – The facilities have been upgraded from 3 cubicles to 6, significantly enhancing usability for the growing team.

Hygienic & Durable Finishes – Installed 10mm hygienic wall cladding and safety vinyl flooring, fully capped and coved for a clean, watertight finish.

New Suspended Ceiling – Featuring integrated LED lighting with built-in emergency lighting, offering improved energy efficiency and compliance.

Improved Ventilation – A new extraction system ensures better airflow and odour control.

Modern Fixtures – Installed compact laminate cubicles, IPS frames, and vanity unit, complete with concealed cisterns and high-quality sanitaryware.

Inclusive Design – Fitted squat pans to accommodate diverse cultural and religious requirements.
