The management team at Muller Manchester Blow Moulding, came to us to create a space to have briefing’s/ meetings on the shop floor, but without the noise of being on the shop floor. We erected a Kingspan insulated white corridor at the entrance of the shopfloor, as a space before you enter the shopfloor. With the wall panels, and top hat ceiling panels being insulated, it made this space perfect for meetings and briefings. We also installed 2No food grade personnel doors with fob access systems. Once the shell was erected, we screeded, primed and laid safety polyflor. Finally, we installed 2.5mm hygienic board to the remaining block walls in the corridor to tie in the with the insulated panels.
