The specialist team at AmoKabel Leigh, approached us to create a new space to suit them in their mixing room. To do this we removed this partition wall after identifying it wasn’t load bearing. Once this wall removed and everything was cleared, we screeded the floor where the partition wall was to bring it up to correct height. Then we full cladded this space in 10mm white hygienic board with aluminium snap on covers to create a watertight wipeable surface. Due to this being a mixing room space, we supplied a floor that would suit the chemicals they use in this room with an upstand to keep the chemicals in one space and allows them to wash down. After this side of the project was complete, we installed single phase and 3phase supplies where was needed, along with new non-corrosive lighting. On the handover of this project, we also supplied our electrical certificates.
