The engineering team at Muller Manchester approached us for a solution to maximise and modernise the space they have. We installed a full mezzanine with a stress load to suit their needs. On top of the mezzanine we installed a full fire rated suspended ceiling with a full new lighting system, laid safety polyflor, installed 2 cages with fob access systems and installed a new doorway from the existing offices to add an extra fire escape route. Under the mezzanine we also installed a full fire rated suspended ceiling with a full new lighting system, laid 7mm industrial floor tiles, refurbed the stores office, and painted all perimeter walls. Finally adding all the bespoke signage to finish the area off.
